Delivery Information

Our standard, promotional, free Delivery rate does not include delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Please read the delivery section in help n F.A.Q's.

Promotional and Free Shipping Rates

Most deliveries need to be signed for. Deliveries only take place on Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. If you require a Saturday delivery this can be arranged prior to placing your order. There will be an extra charge for Saturday delivery (Unfortunately this is an extra charge passed onto us by our courier) We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.

The delivery company will attempt to deliver your parcel twice if the first attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made usually on the next working day. If After two attempts we are still unable to deliver, your parcel will be returned to our Courier depot and held there for a period of Five days. During this 5 day period you can arrange to collect your parcel in person. If you prefer you can arrange with the courier to have your parcel redelivered. Unfortunately the courier company may requestyou the Customer pay a small charge for this service. If Picnics4Fun have been unable to deliver your parcel to the address provided and, You the Customer have failed to collect or arrange redelivery within the 5 day holding period your parcel will be returned to Picnics4Fun's depot. A full refund of the purchase price will be offered. less our original costs involved to ship the parcel . If a request is made to have the parcel re-delivered this will incur additional shipping costs unfortunately theses costs will be passed on to the customer. Additional shipping costs will apply to all re-deliveries Promotional and Free shipping Items Included. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.

The actual shipping cost you must pay to return an item to us may not match our flat promotional shipping rates. The Original Shipping is Non-Refundable even if you received Free delivery promotion, you will be charged the actual shipping charges that we incurred to ship the product to you. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.

Cancellation Rights

Guarantee – Products & Accessories

All of our products come with manufacturers guarantees usually 12 months, Picnics4Fun's own branded products are guaranteed for a period of 24 months.
Please retain your parcel summary document which is proof of purchase and will validate the date from which your guarantee will start. It is essential to keep your parcel summary document to preserve the guarantee. Please also retain the original packaging in case you need to return the product.
In the unlikely event of a fault, please call ourplease call Customer care on : 0844-8849867(local rate). (Goods Returned Without Prior Notification Will Not Be Accepted Please Read Returns Policy). If it is within 30 days of purchase we will offer a refund or exchange for a new product. After 30 days and for the remainder of your guarantee period, we will arrange for the product to be repaired. Should a repair not be possible, we will exchange the product for a new one or the nearest equivalent. In the unlikely event of being unable to exchange we will offer a full refund.
This guarantee is only valid within the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and/or Channel Islands. This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, not following the instructions and normal wear and tear.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations & Returns

As soon as you realise that you need to cancel or return your orderplease call Customer care on : 0844-8849867(local rate) and one of our advisor's will help you. You can be confident that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt. All returned items to Picnics4Fun must be in new unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit. **Important note** The Original Shipping is Non-Refundable even if you received Free shipping promotion, you will be charged the actual shipping charges that we incurred to ship the product to you. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.


How to Return a Product

In the unlikely event you are required to return a product to Picnics4Fun follow these instructions:

  1. Contact us to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. A return shipping address will be given to you at this time. An RMA is required to process a return. Returns without authorisation are subject to refusal!
  2. Carefully repackage the product in the manufacturer's original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. You may be required to place the manufacturer's box in a sturdier, shipping quality box. You will be charged a replacement fee for missing items or no credit will be given if manufacturer cannot supply replacement parts.
  3. Return the product via Business Post, Parcel Force, Royal Mail or another insured shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure the package as Picnics4Fun is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price. In the rare case that we receive a return and it has been damaged during shipment from you to us; we will notify you immediately so that you can file a claim with the shipping company. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.
  4. **Important Note** The Original Shipping is Non-Refundable even if you received a Free shipping promotion, you will be charged the actual shipping charges that we incurred to ship the product to you. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.
  5. Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given to you when you received your RMA number. Please remember to include your RMA number on the shipping label. Do not write directly on the manufacturer's box- please use a shipping label so that the box may be reused. A box replacement charge may apply if the box is written upon.
  6. The Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) will expire 10 business days from the date that it was issued.
  7. After we inspect your return, we will credit the purchase price back to the original credit card used for the purchase, minus the original shipping cost and box or replacement part fees that may apply. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement. We will send you an email confirmation to notify you when we have applied the credit to your card.

Refunds may not be given if obvious signs of use such as missing paperwork, parts, missing packaging materials, smudges or other marks indicating use, etc.

Please note that custom items, built-to-order, and personalised items cannot be returned due to their uniqueness to your specific needs. The items listed with Special Order Instructions are not returnable under any circumstances. Delivery Arrangements

When your order is ready to be dispatched Picnics4Fun will email you. Your delivery will not happen until you’ve been notified." Please Note" Picnics4Fun {a K&G Trading (Importers) Ltd Company} courier service will attempt delivery of your goods twice. If delivery has been unsuccessful after the 1st attempt our home delivery courier service will attempt delivery a 2nd time, if at this point delivery is still unsuccessful your goods will be taken to the courier's depot where they will be held for a period of 5 days re-delivery can be arranged by the customer if collection is not an option. Unfortunately the courier company may request yOU - the Customer pay a small charge for this service. If delivery has been unsuccessful and no attempt has been made to collect, i.e. If Picnics4Fun have been unable to deliver your parcel to the address provided and YOU- the Customer have failed to arrange redelivery or collect within the 5 day holding period your parcel will be returned to : Picnics4Fun and a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be offered. If a request is made to have the parcel redelivered this will incur additional shipping costs. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.

In all cases we urge customers to take these arrangements into consideration when ordering, as these arrangements are for our Customers benefits as well as Picnics4Fun's. Please be available to receive your parcels. In all cases a signature on receipt will be required. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.

On Delivery

Part Delivery / Damaged Goods
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however on delivery please inspect the packaging for damage, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 24 hours of receipt. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses incurred due to late or incomplete deliveries

Cancellations, amendments & returns
As your goods are made specifically for you, once payment is taken, no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Additionally we will only accept returns in accordance with your legal rights; for example:
if there is a fault with your goods
if the goods have not been manufactured as specified

If you are returning goods due to a fault, or you believe it has not been made to the specification given by you, we will re-make your goods to the correct specifications. The new goods will arrive 10-12 weeks from the date of return- we will contact you by email to update you on the progress of your order.
